‘Hayley has been a tremendous asset to our team during her entire time within our program. As a player, her presence on both ends of the court is always felt. Whether it be rebounding, guarding the other team's best player, or finishing a big shot when her team needs her the most, she is a winner through and through. Per “Synergy” rankings, she was the only person on our team (32-4 and ranked #5 in D2 poll) to be rated as EXCELLENT on both the offensive and defensive breakdowns. There isn’t a person on the court who you could trust more than Hayley Smith.

As a leader, Hayley is someone who sets the example for her teammates. She is the hardest worker, the best teammate, and always willing to do anything the coach needs to set the tone for practice, games, or team bonding. Hayley is someone that you can always count on to do the right thing and put the team first in every situation. An ultimate team player, she will go outside of her comfort zone to make sure her teammates feel uplifted, challenged, and connected. Hayley Smith is an eager learner and will make any program better!’
