Entering her second professional season overseas, Mya is a versatile forward who combines athleticism and skill, as well as both strong scoring instinct and playmaking abilities. She had a stellar collegiate career leading the University of Calgary to 3 National Championship appearances, whilst developing a reputation as a formidable two-way player.

Mya is comfortable operating both inside and on the perimeter, allowing her to create mismatches against different types of defenders. Her ability to read defense, space and run the floor in transition, and put herself in optimal scoring positions makes her a constant offensive threat.

Offensively, Mya has shown the ability to score efficiently in a variety of ways, whether that be interiorly, working from the mid-range area, or stepping out to stretch the floor. Her scoring performances demonstrate a player who can take responsibility in key moments and provide consistent offensive production, fitting into a variety of systems and playing styles.

As a high-IQ player with impressive court vision and awareness, she constantly seeks the best look on the floor and ways to create scoring opportunities for her teammates. She is a natural leader with a strong desire for team success on both ends of the floor.

Defensively, Mya is a savvy, conscientious work-horse. A glue-type presence, with the natural ability to make everyone around her think and play defense together.
